During this highly interactive class complete with exercises and real-world examples tailored to each association client, attendees will be introduced to Simply OutSTANDing™, a proven, practical, easy-to-use, six-step communication approach designed specifically to help people strengthen their communication skills and ratchet up their confidence, delivery and impact, regardless of the audience. Attendees will leave with a new-found confidence and be ready to tackle the toughest of communication challenges, including face-to-face meetings with members of the C-Suite, legislators, and other key decision-makers, high-stake business pitches, job or media interviews, team meetings, and presentations to audiences both large and small.

During the highly interactive and engaging course, attendees will:
